Intro to NDT (Online)
This 40-hour course is designed to introduce students to the six major Non-Destructive Testing disciplines. Engineers, supervisors, HR staff, or anyone looking to learn the basic of manufacturing processes and nondestructive testing methods will benefit from this course.
RT Level I & II Education
These courses focuses on the theory and principles of radiation and their application to radiography. Subjects also included in this course include handling and processing radiographic film, radiography techniques, image quality, basic radiographic interpretation and the safe use of RT equipment.
UT Level I & II Education
These courses includes a basic introduction to the theory and principles of ultrasound. It contains study materials related to the propagation, reflection, and attenuation of sound as well as the responses from discontinuities.
MT Level I & II Education
This course contains Level 1 and 2 study material and covers the theory of Magnetic Particle Examination. Magnetic fields, flux leakage, magnetization processes, particles/mediums, applications, basic principles, and safety considerations are addressed.
Magnetic Particle Testing NAS 410 Supplemental Module
This course contains Level 1 and 2 study material and covers the theory of Magnetic Particle Examination. NAS 410 Standard comparisons, aerospace applications, magnetic fields, flux leakage, magnetization processes, particles/mediums, basic principles, and safety considerations are addressed.
Liquid Penetrant Testing NAS 410 Supplemental Module
This course provides in depth education pertaining to Liquid Penetrant Testing and how it relates to the aerospace industry.
PT Level I & II Education
This course contains Level 1 and 2 material and covers the theories and practices involved with liquid penetrant inspection. Equipment, light meters, code & procedure reference, types, forms, and methods are discussed.
VT Level I & II Education
This course’s subjects include the mechanics of the human eye, illumination requirements, surface conditions, test specimen attributes, and various discontinuities and conditions that may be encountered.
40 Hour Radiation Safety
The course addresses required training topics for radiographic personnel specified in federal (10 CFR 34.43) and equivalent state radiation control regulations, as well as the topics listed in Appendix A to ASNT CP-105-2016 (excluding neutron radiography)..
