We will discuss several topics paramount to become a well-rounded welding inspector. Within each Module will be several lessons discussing multiple topics such as Distortion Control, Destructive Testing, Defects and Discontinuities, Welding Procedure Specifications and Ultrasonic testing just to name a few. Incorporated into this training course will be multiple quizzes and flashcard reviews incorporated into each module to challenge the students’ knowledge. Finally, at the end of the training the students have the option to take a final exam which duplicates the CWI Part A final exam. This exam will include 150 multiple choice questions with a 2hr time limit. The final exam is for the students to gauge their knowledge of the material learned throughout the course; low scores will not affect the awarding of CEUs.
